colourQ challenge #346
This week's colourQ challenge colors are perfect for a Fathers' Day card. I found the inspiration for this card on Pinterest using Washi tape, but I didn't have the correct colors, so I embossed and cut cardstock to resemble Washi tape. I used SU!'s Gorgeous Grunge for a little splatter action and my Silhouette to cut "Dad," which I popped up with dimensionals. Quick and easy Fathers' Day card! Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
Great improvisation with the strips of cardstock! I love the big and bold "DAD" die cut. It certainly gets the point across! Thanks for joining us at colourQ!
This is wonderful, and how clever are you to make your own faux washi tape. Love how you used the colors. Thanks so much for playing along at ColourQ this week.
I am a stay-at-home mom, Starbucks lover, and paper fanatic! I have been married to my sweet husband for almost 22 years (YIKES!) and we have two beautiful daughters: 16-year-old Bailey (who's driving!!) and 6-year-old Morgan (who's in kindergarten!). My life is richly blessed!
