colourQ challenge colors are gorgeous! I found the inspiration for this lovely card on Pinterest and I like my interpretation. I used a watercolored version of Strawberry Slush and Riding Hood Red for the Cherry Cobbler on the flowers. I used one of my favorite background stamps, Bella Toile, on the card base and added a few sequins for a little pizzazz. Thanks for stopping by today! Hope to see you next week!

This week's colourQ challenge really got my creative juices flowing and I couldn't wait to recreate (for the second time) a card idea I saw on Pinterest recently. I absolutely adore PTI's Friendship Jar filled with buttons and equally awesome is PTI's Wet Paint stamp set. The sentiments are striking and easy to use as a focal point both on the front and the inside of a card. And Strawberry Slush and Coastal Cabana could not look more amazing together! This color combo reminds me of spring, which is kind of sad since there's talk of snow in East TN this weekend. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

This is one of the cutest cards I have ever made and I owe the inspiration to the glorious world of Pinterest!! I have always loved red, white, and turquoise together so this card hits my mark for greatness. I used PTI's Friendship Jar stamp set along with Doodlebug Designs Day to Day paper pack (that I bought at the now-defunct Archivers - sob, sob sob!). So, besides my birthday in a few short days (wink, wink, nudge, nudge!), a friend of mine also has a January birthday that deserves to be celebrated so this is the card I made for her. I am so excited to send it and I hope she loves it as much as I do! Thanks for stopping by, Mary Ann, my faithful reader!! Enjoy this beautiful day!!

colourQ challenge inspiration picture this week. Night of Navy was the only color I had this week, so I used SU! Lovely Lilac and Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry and Salty Ocean. Thanks for stopping by! I hope to be posting more often now that the holidays are over.
