colourQ challenge #331

I love this week's colourQ challenge colors! How could I not with all those beautiful blues, but it has taken me all week to come up with an idea. I love the bokeh technique so that's what I was going for with my card. I sponged on  Bermuda Bay and Basic Gray along with Tim Holtz's Blueprint Sketch and Mermaid Lagoon. I then used a sponge dauber and a little circle stencil I made from a piece of acetate to get the circles from Hero Arts Unicorn pigment ink.
