Framed Art Baby Gift

I saw a beautiful framed art piece in a recent SU! catalog and couldn't wait to make one! A friend of mine recently had a baby and my favorite gifts to give are those than incorporate pictures - and what new parent doesn't have a TON of pictures! So I used the awesome Curly Label Punch and Hawaii Papaya paper (which should match the baby's room) to create this framed art. A little ribbon and a chipboard monogram and it's ready for Sweet Baby's picture!!
